plugins not showing up in plugin tab

I recently installed Chanko/stealth/wimpy plugins. I dragged them to plugins folder. But they are not showing up on my the plugin tab. Some of my plugins work like ExBuddy and Zekken, but the rest just isnt showing up. Can someone help?
