Plugins not loading

Tried new installation (100 and 103 versions),
Tried Restarting Demonbuddy several times,
Put in 5 different plugins which some are confirmed working in the thread to make sure it wasn't just isolated to one non-working plugin.

You have to put them in there own folder, i believe.
