Plugins not detected

I have a problem whenever I update DB, It has happened twice now, can't remember what I did to fix it the first time. However every time I update my DB it fails to detect my plugins and therefore can't load the profile I'm using.

Update your Trinity.

Also make sure you got a plugin folder, within your DB main folder, created for your plugins.
