Plugins broken? Namely Auto Equip?

So I've been leveling my Monk and recently noticed that my HP was relatively low. After inspecting my character I noticed I don't have any gear past level 71-72 when I'm now level 83 and have upgrades in my inventory...

Did something break this and if so is it known? It was working probably yesterday or the day before, I forget what day I was level 71.

I have the same problem between 1-30. But it equips weapons for some reason, and I checked the settings several times.

Same exact issue, it just upgraded my weapon as well.

Thanks Natfoth, I'm not positive it's selecting the correct quest rewards either though I think it is. Will repost when it turns a few in, gonna watch it.
