Pluging to fish while queing for BG's?

I have no idea if this is possible. I mainly run AB and AV and sometimes the queues get kinda long. Is there anyway to create a plugin that would use the fishing plugin while HB queues for a BG then switches to your main weapon when a BG starts?

Would be OP to fish for some of my achievements while I wait for the BGs to pop. Thnks for the replies.
