[PLUGIN] WatchMyToon HELP

Hello. Ive downloaded both things needed for the plugin watchmytoon.

I have no idea how to install this. ive read what he wrote below but i dont understand.

Do i need my own website?

What web hosting is preferred?

I cant get it setup and I would love to have something to monitor my botting.
