I sent you a message with my trans id
I got your message. I will do one more round of adding people after work today. (Today is my friday) So no real updates till then.
Questions on the strafing settings:
-Should I be manually un-selecting "Force Strafing" for non melee classes? (it's checked by default)
-What does the "CC Movement Disabled?" box do? Does it attempt to manually disable CC movement, or does it alter the strafing logic based on whether CC movement has been disabled or not. I use EzFrost for my DK which, as far as I can tell, has no option for disabling movement/targeting.
Feedback:
-With strafing enabled and DK w/ EzFrost I was kicking ass, but I died once and continued strafing around like crazy as a ghost which doesn't look super great...not sure if it was due to ezfrost or pvp ultimate yet.
Is there any way around staying at the beach in strand of the ancients and doing other stupid bot shit that bgbuddy does? I get accused of being a bot often so im wondering what you guys do when you do bgs
How do frequent users prevent bot accusations then?
depends on the charge thenid prob be comfortable paying around 5 bucks for a working one, but idk how much work goes into it, i just know what im willing to spend. you should do it though. i bet alot of people would buy it. being how shitty bgbuddy is.
My verdict after a few hours of use is that the strafing is pretty damn awesome...I switched back to Glue and noticed that it also bugs out sometimes when an enemy is standing on or near the graveyard, so it's not specific to the Ultimate PVP Strafing. Very cool, and particularly with the jumping, unlike other bot behavior, so it gets my thumbs up. Nice job.
The only thing I find weird is that sometimes the movement/targeting with the strafing is a little too hectic and jerky...I don't think anyone else is really paying attention to that stuff, but it looks a little in human to be whipping 180 degrees constantly and sometimes it bugs out even more. Also, I've noticed bugs when strafing on certain objects (the cannons in SoTA, for example). Those things aside, it's pretty awesome.
Some more feedback/question...I'm having a ton of disconnects on the toon I have strafing enabled for. The other two accounts which have strafing disabled are not getting disconnected at all (all three running on same machine behind same ***). I'm no expert on honorbuddy architecture, but is there any possibility that an excess network data flow requirement for strafing is causing flooding/disconnects from server? Could just be coincidence?
