CC'ing a healer should be more of a Custom Class thing. What I do is change the priority. I make
vehicles 100 range 75
low health 90 range 30
healers 80 range 60
flag carriers 70 range 75
Lowest Geared 60 Range 30
Totems 65 Range 7
Then I put my CC's as my interrupts and only interrupt heals. What this does is cc's the healer while I beat on everything else. If everything else is out of range it focus's the healer.

Could you explain a little bit how the priorities work exactly? It checks every X seconds what is in my range.
Then it probably selects the target with the highest priority.
But how does the range work here?
Examples:
vehicles 90 range 75
low health 100 range 30
My range from both targets 20 = low health?
My range from both targets 31 = vehicle?
Some additional questions:
In your example, why not having the flag carriers above healers?
What does low health mean? 20%?
Would it make sense to have low health as an additional option.
So that we could do:
healers 80 range 60
flag carriers 70 range 60
And low health +20 priority.
So that flag carriers will have a priority of 90 if they are below 30% health for example?
