Does it exist? i used one for like 2 years ago, but cant find it anymore and i really need it

But i can't download it anymore, does it mean its not working, and there is no plugin that can be set to use a macro every X seconds?
anyone got an advise? i want the bot to use my water elementals's waterbolt every 40 sec or so, that way i wont get stuck in my grinding profile..
