Plugin to over ride mounts

Need a plugin that can override the mounts in HB.
Specifically designate a Mount as a ground mount.

why not jsut set the ground mount in settings & tools in HB

so if you boost a toon you don't get a ground mount. you get a gryphon (alliance).
If you run kicks 90-100 you do so running the entire thing.
All flying mounts can be ground mounts in WoD. So Why can't we choose flying mounts as our ground mount?
