Plugin to avoid stuff on the ground? :)

Just wanted to know if there is any plugin out there that can avoid bad things casted on the ground? And yes, i have been searching. Thanks!

If you're looking for a plugin that avoids everything in WoW ... I don't know of any.

If it's for timeless Isle I was looking for something similar and I use this. Brodie's Plugin
Just install the plugin, check it off on the list but don't select any quest/rep from the plugin.
