plugin that overwrites profiles so all quests can be run

Call me lazy, but editing by hand a quest profile here to allow me to simply run it from start to finish isn't my style. Say I am level 90, but never done any of the quests in [N - Quest] 89-90 Townlong Steppes [Kick] and I just want to do them for the heck of it, I could edit (and get a little frustrated) all the level requires and me.level statements, and probably make a mess of it. I would like to simply run a plugin that suppresses that those limiters and lets me run the profile from start to finish.
