Trinity and/or any other plugin is not showing in plugins tab, this is my first time install and I checked there is no 3rd party program is installed that will conflicting DB. Tried reinstall 3 times same thing happen. Also tried download the Trinity 2.55.724 BETA to replace the original Trinity folder still doesn't work.
