[Plugin] randomBuddy (to random generate gather profiles)

Havent tried it last couple of days, but for me it was able to do randome profiles in all zones, including vanilla zones....
 
ok, nvm i think i figured it out... i installed version 1.0 and loaded it nothing worked on it so i figured i would give the zip file a shot and installed that and so far it seems to be running smoothly i'll be keeping a close eye on it so far so good

the websites frontend only supports mop zones but the plugin itself covers (almost) every zone (exceptions eg. vash'jir)

i am currently on another project (notification support api) and will continue to push a major rndbuddy update in the next few weeks!

I used randombuddy for the first time yesterday. Created my first profiles last week. It seems that my private profiles gather about twice as much as the randombuddy profiles gather in the same zones. Does randombuddy throttle how much it gathers on purpose as to not trigger some automated alert?

I have to admit, I was a little bit uncomfortable with the amount my profiles are gathering. Seems like way too much.

Also, is using randombuddy better than using my own profile?
 
random buddy does exactly that randomises the profile. Meaning you will mine less nodes per hour because your not flying over all nodes. That being said I couldn't even use it I either got that error I posted a while back or the profile will stop and idle above a node. I switch to say the mega route for pandaland and it flys around with no issues. I've no idea why. This will gather slower then a private profile.
 
I'm using randombuddy with a 1-600 Jade Forest mining/herbing profile and I noticed that even though I only have jade forest selected in RB my bots venture to nearby zones constantly. Is there any way to stop this?
 
there seems to a a issue with the main client server right now, sit tight; i'm about to fix this

as long as the nodes are within the loot radius specified in HB Settings, nope, sorry
 
Nice work, I just wanted to ask some recommended settings.
Which Pathing Type should you choose in the bot configuration? (circle/bounce)
Also should I check randomize Hotspots?

I keep on having the message "Lost connection to BuddyMonitor, reconnecting" and it does not change from profile. Downloaded some of your website and putted it into the default profile folder. Also using a fresh API key. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!
 
might be a good idea to check your whole setup, boddymonitor has nothing to do with rndbuddy - so maybe your inet connection?

Edit: I ended up finding the solution through.. google.. and not this site lol

I saw/used RandomBuddy and what a awesome tool. However, I do see it generates a random profile every X amount of minutes you set it too... But that itself should be random... Because if I bot for say 4 hours... And I set the slider to 20 minutes and forget it... That means 3 times per hour... I switch zones. Calculated and pattern like. Blizzard could easily detect this pattern. Especially from the same account and every day.

Can we get an update to randomize the creation time of the next profile? Just something that auto generates randomly. :)
 
I like this it does work kinda well though i am worried about it getting stuck and it seems to pull alot of mobs all the time which the other profiles obv have implemented to avoid.
I thought that the setting 'randomize hotspots' where u put the number in was to make it more random so it didnt fly to the same spots every x minutes in a circle all the time, which was how blizz wer detecting us? if not then can som1 explain to me wht this setting actually does?
