[Plugin] randomBuddy (to random generate gather profiles)

Ok, well I requested an API twice, but haven't received an email yet.
 
So does this work for non-mop zones? I tried to do a Northrend (Grizzly Hills) profile and it kept trying to take me off into fatigue area. Thanks.
 
yas it works for all zones
if you find a node thats leads to fatigue plz tell wich one's wrong :)
 
Pls blacklist Shadowstep Pass in Townlong Steppes. Toon keeps getting killed by the swarms of Hivelings.

When gathering in Jade Forest, my horde toon remains in combat at Thunder Hold where the alliance npcs are. Spot should be blacklisted as well.
 
well, please hand over the blackspot coords and i'll implement those
 
I do not understand a couple of things.
1. What is "API Key"? Where can i get it?

2. Should i load some profile got from Gatherbuddy 2 Profiles (HB) ?
Or i just have to select wishful gather location and plugin generates all profile by itself?

3. Is it really works and solves LCP Detection problem? I've got 72 hours ban because of it and don't want permaban :(
 
I started it this morning, selected Valley, Kun Lai, Krassaran and Jade Forrest. Bot was in Kun Lai, mined a few nodes then stopped mid flight in the middle of Valley of four winds. Just hovers there. I'm uploading a log, thank you for your time.

1.) the api key is a free ID that you need to identify with the server (to help dealing with DoS and other spamming attacks)
2.) the plugin and the server serve a unique profile everytime you request one, no need to download ANY profiles
3.) it beats LCP yes, but ont think that this is a way to 24/7 bot, there are lots of other ways to detect us, not only by lcp

Do you know, should i beware of LCP if i use grind bot? If yes, do you plan to add to this plugin grind profiles support?
 
As an alliance player in the Kun-Lai zone: [Gatherbuddy2]: Approaching "Green Tea Leaf" at X="3170.551" Y="-676.507" Z="226.459" <- node got me flagged for PvP by Horde Pandaria Guard (missed the NPC name).
 
roboto how many hours do you bot a day on 1 account or average hours for all accounts....

what are other the forms of getting banned apart from LCP detection and reports by playeyers..

to be honest, i never used the grindbot more than 1 hour in total

i do 10h per day including breaks, net of 6h maybe, it's mostly random
as far as "we" know all this, even lcp, is speculation
tho u can be pretty sure they use lcp.
personally i think player reports become a more and more greater issue and more relyable source for blizz
i also think there is a general NPH-FarmingHoursPerDay Limit
i also have blizz-confirmed info they they try to detect v.pns and auto ban if they think u are using one
i dont think that there is any kind of auction house detection

as you said that we dont need to load any profiles when using this plugin but when i have GB2 and just having the plugin enable with outland selected. It goes through the dark portal back to kalimdor and farm there. Is it using random zones or am i doing something wrong?

me neither, very strange to me
maybe it was coincidence, there are some herbs behind the dark portal, maybe the bot wanted to fly to the next node and this path led thru the dark portal :)
