[Plugin] randomBuddy (to random generate gather profiles)

Speaking of stuck. In kun lai there is the island on bottom right with the quest guy in the middle. My bot tends to agro him then die as he casts from ranged, then bubbles when low requiring you to kill his adds on top of himm. Possible to blacklist?

maybe by adding a large amount of blackspots, but dunno. pm roboto maybe he got a better idea.

pm roboto with exact coords. then he'll add a blackspot


UPDATE TO 0.7 (rev 23)
* added checkbox to activate/deactivate method to optimize the hotspots order based on the current player position
(click here for comparison)
the optimization will result in a better human-like movement (as if tested so far)
but its possible that it decreases the nph (havent tested this, maybe someone is willing to do so)

regarding stuck at "big wall" on krasarang: i think thats a mesh issue and must be posten in kicks' thread


i'd really love a XYZRH Cords from that guy in Kun Lai Tho ;D

Exactly how are the profiles Generated like how did you set it up. from what i have seen it does amazing with not getting in stupid area and i have had 120+ NPH on every profiles but i usually do 2 zones like townslong and jade forest because profiles for VOTFW are crappy because there aren't Ghost iron ore in many places. Would it increase the LCP Detection if i just chose Jade forest to stop having to travel great distances. Are these Truly random everytime or just picks one randomly off the server and downloads it and then in 20 minutes it downloads another or is this truly random offset just placed all over the place.

i wont go too far in detail but:
-) the profiles are not litterally random, they are technicly random - the difference is that litterally i'd look like this

this is NOT the way it works - there is a complex database and server architecture behind

-) All profiles are generated on demand - no server sided caching every x minutes
-) all profiles are 100% unique - no hotspot will never ever ever ever ever appear in someone else's profile
-) there sure is a logic behind the generator that optimizes the hotspots and trys to maximize NPH to a human-like behaviour

how do i fix this ?

it suddenly happen and no matter what i try i cannot fix it :9, it just spam twice everytime i press start

tried new api key
set directory to full control
hundred time checking if profile name is set correctly
hb as admin mode
tried whether save it at c or d
setting refresh per 10minute

are you running multiple toons?
if so, please PM me your API Key, i will disable the flood protection

it tough looks like as the plugin tries to fetch a profile twice, maybe plugin bug?

I'm currently enabling NPCs for Northend - other Zones *soon*
 
im only using it on 1 acc, i notice it get fixed when i make a new installation of "plugin" not HB. But after sometime it goes back to the same again

always make sure u run the latest rev

i will rework the flood protection tho and change it to a max-calls-per-hour system instead of a wait-x-seconds-after-last-request

(and hopefully last today)

I had "some time" and added a whole bunch of repair npcs for kamlimdor, northrend and eastern kingdoms.
the only zones missing npc repairs are now draenei, nelf, gayelf and outlands
i will add those tomorrow

i also addded a couple of new mop-blackspots today, your plugin should have them by now.
if you find an additional spot that has to be blacklisted please throw me a pm

I also get "unknown API Key" or just a timeout on every bot. Tried new Keys. Seems to be a serverside problem. Sure roboto will fix it soon :)
 
it's fixed now

it looks like someone tried to flood me - 17 million hits within 20 minutes
... nothing a third DB Server can't handle xD


or maybe some of those chinese mega-farms tries the api as well :D

i'm really sorry for the short interrupt tho
