[Plugin] randomBuddy (to random generate gather profiles)

^^ problem in the profile, not the plugin.

I just did it, manual edit the file and save while botbase was running with the actually xml file, no problems.

ok now i got what you want:

the plugin shall refresh and load the new xml without stopping and restarting the botbase cause due to this the timer of logmeout resets.

its not possible to load new profile data while bot is running i think :/

like i said i just added hotspots while it was running no problem?

yes thats possible, but the data isnt cached in honorbuddy.
the profile needs to be loaded after changing the hotspots.

as ive tested so far it IS possible to load the new profile without stopping the bot.

EDIT:
updated to rev 15:
you have to also download empyprofile.xml to the randomBuddy directory.

- to start the plugin just fill in the needed settings and choose botbase. then start
- it refreshes new profiles without stopping the bot, so logmeout is working correctly.

How safe do you guys think this plugin will make GB2? As we know many have been banned for gb2, but will this plugin prevent most of the bans? Im just asking ppl, and what u think. I dont feel safe enough to bot many hours even tho i have this plugin (which is great when i know what it does)

botting is never safe #dealwithit

speaking of myself:

i ran the week before the minor patch hit, 8 toons with this concept for 12/7 without a ban
after the tripwire alerts occured i stopped all my bots for some days
right now i run 3 bots, everyone on 8-10/7 using these Profiles only

no bans, no problems - so far

things i can say definitely:
they do not trip the lcp detection - if i would be using a personal profile i am sure i would be banned within 3 days
they are not ment to be a way for 24/7 - honestly 24/7 is dead
they work great on a mean nph of ~150 (may vary a bit)
there are sure other ways to detect botters, lcp is/was not the only one for sure

I run with random zones for about 24h on 2 pasts days, no troubles, mass ore & plants ..
A very very nice job. Thank you guyz.

Just a trouble, but IMO this has nothing to do with plugin, my fuckin' toon doesn't repair !

^^ API key wrong or full path to the profile has not been set correctly (C:\...\...\yourDesiredProfilename.xml)

<MinDurability>0.4</MinDurability> is standart in the profile (means 40% durability) set it to 0.99 and try it again.
the bot should move to repair soon so you can check if its working.

The plugin runs flawless, and after deleting the settings file the latest rev worked without issues.
This is a must have plugin for farming tbh :)

I have gone to the URL and requested an API twice. still no email or anything and i checked spam and everything. any help getting one?

roboto is answering the Mails by hand. its not an automated process so it needs patience.

someone got banned yesterday (19.06.) using the plugin? there seems to be a lil bannwave yesterday. so i recommend not to use to much bots with the same ip.
