A week in: a ton of free plugins, mob farming, actual farming, a radar, anti-afk, 3 lazy riders and a questing one to take a firran to lvl 30 in a bit over a night and changeable to other races simply enough. And a ton of small functions, ALL OF THEM OPEN SOURCE. AFAIK only today the first real premium plugin showed up.
A steady dev community working together has started, where questions and help flow (for now more from Out to us) freely and openly. Sure there are exceptions, there are people who do this for a living and are allowed to charge anything they like for anything they make. honestly as the quality of the free plugins improve, so they will have to improve theirs to show a real added value. So all in all a great start.

Have you helped in anyway ? not knowing c# is an easy enough excuse. i learnt with another buddybot ... so what is your excuse.

If i am missing the point of your pointless diatribes against AB please show me a single helpful post you made, and no, unsolicited directions on how and who to ask for a refund is not helpful. helpful as in helpful to the rest of us, not to your cause.

Surely you must see that yours is one of the only voices against AB, and certainly the loudest... and was a single of your posts deleted? closed? were you warned? banned? didn't think so.

I hope my english, also not my first language is clear enough for you, i "apologize" for not being born in any part of the Commonwealth (current or former).

Mob farming - I'm assuming you are speaking of GrindAge Which is an obfuscated .dll file (Against forum rules) The one Out posted is an example.

Actual farming - Here I am guessing you are talking about one that harvests crops (I could be wrong but there is no elaboration.) There is Professional Farmer Also an obfuscated .dll and is paid for. (And even charging customers that bought it when it was in jungler again.) Or there is Scarecrow which I will admit I have not tried because my server has no place to put a farm. But from what I can tell any issues with it have been handled quite swiftly.

A radar - Sure it's there. It's useful if you are wanting to draw attention to your character when you die and go to court when running your bot. I hope no one is afk. But I can see it's uses. And as of current Out is trying to figure out if this is a dead plugin or not. But 2face has not been on since the 18th.

Anti-afk - Built in to the bot framework from launch. So I guess if you want an add-on that can do that. Or you know... Hold down 4 on your numpad and hit num lock at the same time. So I don't really see how this can be counted as you are just using something that may get you banned when you can simply do it with literally 2 key presses and since you aren't using a 3rd party program is 100% safe.

And the questing one - Questing I will admit I've used it, it works, It's buggy and needs help from time to time but it's still in super early stages so that's to be expected. And I do hope that the project progresses as far as Samolka would like it to. But as he's already stated he does have plans to charge for it, so this is kind of 1/2 and 1/2 on the free side. Also like you said you can change it to other races simply enough. If that's the case why don't you show us that don't know how to do this the method? Or post a tutorial so we can learn I'm definitely not against that. Also the original release had no Sources anywhere to be found. And were not going to be included from what I could gather. Not to mention as I said before, the .dll is from what I gather from Out not being inspected, just pushed to the forced download with the bot. As can be seen here

3 Lazy raiders - LazyRaider (Collection) I will say that Nick is doing an excellent job with these. He seams to truly want to help the community and I have actually been looking at his source to help me with my own class (once I can figure out how to detect buffs/debuffs I can start getting into an advanced rotation)

This is an honest question here, What other small functions? I have seen plenty with snippets of code asking for help but I may have missed what you are referring to here.

Was the questing plugin not going to be premium? Is that not his reason for only giving a obfuscated .dll originally? As shown here. I have not seen a single statement saying that this has changed and that it is no longer going to be a premium plugin in the future. If this is not the case feel free to prove me wrong here.

I do agree, it is a start. But my issue with this bot is not what users are developing which you would notice if you actually looked at my posts. My issue is with the fact the bot was not shipped with what the sales page said it has, which was addressed by bossland here

My excuse is that believe it or not I do have a full time job and a family I take care of. This is the reason I pay a premium for a bot that advertises that it comes with everything needed to assist me in the game so I can stay competitive. At the point of the launch this bot was sold to myself and other users under the understanding that the functions on the sales page were active and working. Till this day there still has not been an update or disclaimer added to that page.

Here you are assuming that I am not working on projects for AB. I actually am wanting to get to the point that I can create an AIO plugin that is 100% user configurable. (Choose what skills to use and when to use them (Such as when the target has a debuff or you have a buff so those skills are most effective))

Once again, one of the only is not the only. And it's not against AB at all. I just want the team behind this product to stand up to what they have said the bot is capable of doing out of the box and correct the sales page. I do believe that most of the reason you have so much hate towards me is because of me honestly not being able to understand Out most of the time.

It is the loudest, because I do believe in the buddy team and I do feel that as a paying customer I have the right to express any concern or issue I have that has to do with this bot or it's company. You may say it's entitlement but it's how companies work and if you look at how Bossland has spoken to me you will see that I am respectful to him as well. Out is not always respectful to people because they don't share his point of view. Again this may just be my view on his responses due to either something lost in translation or my lack of being able to understand what he is saying.

Once again you are making an attack on me based on where I was born with the commonwealth statement. And the quotes around apologize show a sarcasm that I have not shown towards you. This is a primarily English speaking forum. The product is sold in English, coded in English and upon first release (under the buddy name) for an English client. This has nothing to do with where someone was born. I was simply stating that since this is an English speaking forum (once again primarily) that we have a PR middle man that can fluently speak it.

We have sub categories for other languages which can be found here. Located under the Archebuddy Forum section. These include Dutch, French, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish. As well as an English general discussion forum.

In the future I will ask if you feel like calling someone a troll you should refrain from making personal attacks against them when they have made none against you. I'm not trolling, I'm not part of another company, I'm a customer who as concerns with the bot and how it's handled and marketed. I'm simply voicing these. Just because you don't agree with my point of view on the subject does not make me a troll. You launching a personal attack against me for it though may make you one in other peoples eyes.

To keep from derailing this post any further I would ask that if you have any future concerns about me or my points of view that you send them to me in PM. I am more than willing to elaborate on why I think what I do about anything you may have a question about.
 
Looks to be working great!
My only concern is I wish it wouldn't open coin bags. I was saving them for when I had enough to use a double exp pot and blow through all my labor.
You can save all your bags from 1-30 and basically get 5+ levels with a double exp pot in an hour.
 
I agree with lazer too, ArcheBuddy should never have been advertised as a finished product with full PvE/PvP functionality, because currently it has none of that freely available without you having to code it yourself.

I'm pissed too that i paid money for ArcheBuddy and didn't get what i expected for the price it's advertised. But alas plugins are slowly making their way to the public, something that should have already been available upon purchase.
 
I've enjoyed writting my own plugins, albeit they are just simple LazyRaider types, having a look over the API I'm excited to see to what plugins get created by the community. I bet there are some great ones being kept private. Does anyone know of a repository of Jungler scripts that might be refractored to fit AB?
 
any new when we'll have others races questing? should be good if we can choose the lvl to stop script too

I have to say I agree with some of what Lazer is saying.

The bot is in it's infancy, the way it was "sold" is pretty much a CnP from the other bots for sale and (let's be honest) was a tad untruthful

The questing plug-in is tbh a nice piece of work, yes it is buggy and works about 90 of the time (missing the core things such as use mount for speed (or even self buff speed), sell useless/untradeable loots, use any other class than Sorcery etc...) but the bot should have been sold as W.I.P not as a fully fleshed working bot (it simply isn't at present but I assume will be shortly given how good he other bots by bossland are)

Fanbois need to realise that people like Lazer are needed in a community, someone who will say what he thinks whilst still doing what he can to add to the community, no point blowing smoke up devs ass and ignoring glaring issues.

+1 to Lazer on his post which has been somewhat refreshing to read.
 
bot is getting stuck at lvl 8, "fire" quest- keeps trying to find pesticide quest.

Hello everyone. After 3-4 hours I will release a new version of my plugin. The changes will affect the mechanics work, support a variety of classes and small improvements.
I continue to work on the quests for other races, the next update will be in early October, and for the whole of October for all races will be ready 1-50
