[Plugin] Path of Frost for DKs

Realized I posted in the wrong section after I got my problem fixed. Had a problem with HB and ArcheologyBuddy going underwater when doing surveys and never coming back up. My brother made a plugin that casts path of frost, and recasts it if it runs out.

Works great.
