[Plugin] ObjectGatherer

I've looked under plugins and botbases and can't find this in the Buddy Store anywhere....i'm sure i'm doing something wrong can anyone post a link or something to it.

ps. I've used the svn and added this as a plugin myself and get errors.
The SVN version is outdated and not supported. It is still in Beta and you AknA has to grant you access to your BuddyAuth account. Limited spaces are available, I believe.
 
Ok, a new beta ver have been uploaded.

Known issues :

  • Runs even tho it should take flightpath to get there faster (haven't figured out how to implement it yet (mainly a WoD issue as you can't use flying mounts).
  • Locks up on Supply crates if you can't loot em (working on a rule solution for that).
  • Locks up sometimes when killing a mob and about to loot it (working on a fix).

As most people doesn't understand what Beta testing is, I've removed access to those that didn't help with anything.

I didn't check just now, but I ran it yesterday with my ever bloom grind profile, and it did well. It was running into issues where it wouldn't navigate to the next hotspot when there was no timber in range. Only happened yesterday, so wasn't able to retest. If happens again, will post log.

PC hdd died so half of the logs have gone to hell, that said I managed to reproduce two things on my shitty laptop.

The bot doesn't seem to use Stealth or Burst of Speed whilst in looting state, or well there are some errors in the logs:

tried to gather whilst lacking the mining profession, ofc I shouldn't enable mining when I don't have the profession but thought i'd report it in case you wanna add a check for people who might go YOLO and enable everything. You mentioned the fact it will blacklist Timber if not able to cut it, not sure if that applied to other professions as well.

Note: ignore this, I was moving manually so when it tried to take over I was fighting the bot for a moment :P

As you can see from that point onwards till it looted it didn't cast burst of speed whilst navigating towards the herb, this time it did however manage to cast Stealth after picking the herb up, I suppose it's because it didn't go into looting state immediatly after?

On a side note,as a QoL feature would be nice if there was an option to enable/disable mounting, feel like it could be useful for rogues since they can run almost as fast as a mount whilst in stealth, also if you're manually moving the toon it will graciously take over and navigate towards the object to pick up while stealthed, instead of breaking the stealth and pulling additional mobs.

Didn't exprience any other prob so far apart the known one regarding looting.

Still not running questing profiles
Tested with very simple profile and it generates no movement unless in range of an object.

Also, if there is timber in range it will go away from the questing area, in some cases very far, to chop timber. The only remedy is to go through and manually uncheck the 32 timber entries! For this reason, I do believe an option is needed as to whether or not timber is desired.

Changed the questing profile to a Grind profile for debugging purposes and still no movement. When i switch to Questing or Grind bots it works just fine.

Well, currently ObjectGatherer only supports GB2 or FishingBuddy profiles.
 
Working well for Netherwing rep (Netherwing Eggs and Nethercite Ore tested working).

EDIT: Just encountered an issue with this. It detects a node nearby, but when it tries to navigate to it, when the node disappears from the minimap (because the node is on a different level of the cave in the Netherwing area), it indefinitely CTM's between two areas and appears very bot-like. EDIT2: Need anything specific tested? I don't have any Lumber Mills, unfortunately.

Oh yeah, didn't think of that one, how ObjectGatherer works, it constantly search for objects (even if it found one it continue to search, in case that a other object is found that has less travel time to), now for the issue with this, when it finds a path to an object and that path takes you out from the max range for the search (around 115 yards I think) then all of a sudden it doesn't find anything anymore, so it continues on previes path in profile, then when it gets back into range for that object, it gets a path to it but takes it out of range, and then you have a problem :P
We made a workaround for Chameleon when that happend that we just blacklisted it after 3 tries, but I'll try to come up with a other method.

Atm you can't. It's currently in closed Beta and I have all the beta testers I need.
Once I have ironed out all the bugs then it will be available on buddy store.

I've tested this on my lvl 100 druid ilvl 661, works well however in nagrand there are some phasing issues. It will spot something on a map, and as the bot gets close it phases into a different phase and the object is no longer their and the bot just stands there. Is there a way to avoid this?
 
Also, forgive me for posting twice in a row, but now that lumber no longer has a unique cap of 250 will it continue to harvest or still stop at 250?

Sorry I haven't been able to test in the last couple of days. But I can tell you put a lot of hard work into the product! Kudos!

It doesn't have a cap anymore ?
If it doesn't I will remove that rule.
 
Great work on this botbase! I'm just having a tiny little problem. I have disabled all the loot options available in honorbuddy AND the loot corpses in ObjectGatherer but it's still looting all the mobs. I have tried fresh install, default combat routine (singular), disabled all in-game addons and honorbuddy plugins but nothing seems to work. Please help me with this, my OCD is screaming for help! :)
