[Plugin - Monitoring] jMon - a Buddy monitor!

First off, thanks for this awesome plugin :D

I got everything working and updating on my "Overview" page, but nothing at all on the "My Stats" page.
Hope you can figure it out :)
 
My stats dont work for anyone at this time. As i need to redesign it same way i did with global statistics. You may notice how quick it loads :)
 
Could you please release your web source? I would love to use this but I only trust my own servers to handle my data. On a side note you did a very good job coding this!
 
got a problem i put the folder jmon into my plugin folder and it doesnt appear anymore in hb in the plugin section, but it still shows when i collect herbs etc the jmon thing in chat. How to fix it j0achim, this problem appears since the problems you had. I already re-downlaoded it.
 
Hey it doesn't show in the logs when my character buys new gear from like the honor vendor per say. Is there a setting for this or is it just not able to do this?
 
i just installed/registered it ,very nice work.. my problem is that although i can see that it is Active ,my lvl,region, % to lvl and stuff.. i cannot see chat/kills/loot and there is also nothing at the Stats tab.

P.S. what happens if blizz hacks your site ?:p

They can be sued. Hacking is not legal.

It will only show up with items that you actually loot off a npc. (this is not entirely true, i see that items made by milling will show) But i plan on supporting more "loot" its just regular expressions i need to tweak / add.

Stats tab is being rewritten, its just not been disabled navigation is hardcoded i know silly, but planning on making all elements of the site modular when i get around to do it. As for not showing kills/loot/chat that is something im looking at since i have gotten a few reports that others have similar problem. I will make a "support" tab on the site that way i can easily debug whats wrong because i kinda need APIKEY to identify a problem. And sending it through private messages etc is just a mess. I will see if i can get this happen by today. (its been in the back of my head since day one, again one of the things i haven't got around to do yet)


As for "hacked" the data is stored anonymified. And the bot-name and bot-server will soon be possible to customize. As for the site itself getting hacked i am trying to use all precautions to prevent this even had a few try to hack site with and patched all holes. Also the data is stored in such a way that lets say i was told i would have to give away the data i behold, it would mean nothing since all data that contains the "red-string" would be destroyed the moment i shut down the sever for backup, this because the tables that contains the data that would say that "these kills / messages / loot / vitals" belongs to account xxx and character xxx are only stored in memory. Would maybe be simpler if i drew a picture how it woks, but all "keys" are in separate tables that is destroyed on shutdown.

When I enable the plugin, it's just a matter of time before the whole HB UI is unuseable. Meaning to even stop it I have to terminate app from task manager. Might want to check your code.

As for the bug report itself it gives me absolutely nothing to work from. I mean hello I'm not some oracle that can pull things out of thin air. Though in this case i do have an idea what it might be, SQL server was overloaded and i have noticed this error when this happens, i will adjust the number of connections database will allow.

Wow! This is amazing.
One question: The moment I started the bot with jmon it started taking screenshots is there a way to see these screenshots on the site or is this stuff still in development?
 
Uhm, kind of a weird problem here;
I once hat jMon as a Plugin and used it, but i reinstalled Honorbuddy a short while ago.
Now jMon won't be displayed in the Plugins Section, no matter what I do? :s
 
I've just recently made my return back to WoW, and I can't wait to try this out in the morning. Looks very promising. The only good monitoring solution I remember from back when I was monitoring my bots was QuickIRC. This looks a lot more fun!
 
Logs wouldn't help you... The bot continues to work correctly. I said it's just the HB UI that stops working. Meaning I can't click anything or even stop HB...

I have the same problem.. wierd.

EDIT: Fixed it after removing the jMonsettings.xml in the \Settings\ folder.
 
I was hoping to use a couple accounts so I could split up which bots were posting where. I changed my API key, and somehow it's still posting to the first account.

I have a feeling that a character cannot be moved to a different account after the initial connection.

Other than that, I haven't had any issues.
