I have experianced that sometimes the Plugin Manager does not update its little logo for when a plugin is running, the green play button just stays green instead of turning to a red square even thou the plugin started successfully.
Which basicly means that i now cannot shutdown the plugins.
Only way i have been able to reproduce it is if you double click fast on the play button, althou sometimes happens when i dont doubleclick.
