[Plugin] Loot-a-rang and Aspect of the Cheetah

anyone using aspect of the cheetah succesfully? for me the plugin just doesnt do anything, no error as far as i can see.

Classes have changed this was useful when Aspect of the Cheetah was a 24/7 available ability. Now instead of aspect of the Cheetah just use Talents 45 level trailblazer (increases speed 30% anytime you have been attacked for 3 seconds).
