[Plugin - GB2] GBProfileLoader - Load or convert GB profiles for GB 2

Instructions,

1. Make sure the plugin is loaded and set to enabled before trying to load new Gatherbuddy profiles
2. Load a Gatherbuddy profile
3. You should see something like this in your logs:

   Loading YOURGBPROFILE.xml.
   GBProfileLoader: Converting Gatherbuddy Profile...
   Changing current profile to Gatherbuddy - YOURGBPROFILE.xml

4. Start the bot as per normal

To include badNodes.xml,

1. Click the blacklist button on the plugin
2. Browse to your badNodes.xml and hit OK
3. Copy the <Blackspots> block that gets printed to the log and put it in the converted profile (look here if you need to see where to put it) and save the edited profile
4. Reload the profile just to make sure and enable the plugin

Notes,

• When you load a Gatherbuddy profile it will convert it to a Gatherbuddy 2 profile and save this in your Default Profiles folder
• You don't need to use this plugin to load already converted profiles - once they are converted you can use them as you would any other profile
