Plugin for Gatherbuddy2 to train your herbalism / mining with new 5.3 changes

I'm curious if anyone can code a plugin that once a certain level is obtained in mining or herbalism, that it will go to a trainer in panda land to train the next step up in herbing / mining so we can just stay in panda land to mine and herb. I know professionbuddy has something but it isn't for panda land or for the 5.3 changes.
