Plugin Folders Issue

Having issues since attempting to setup YAR w/ AutoFollow plugin.

Haven't been able to get DB to work since even in single instance. Seems like the plugin issue that I have seen in other posts.

I have tried fresh installs, installs in different folders, etc. Still no luck.

Please let me know how to proceed?

I did a fresh install for the fifth time and it is working now. Thank you. Things got a little hairy when setting up multiples
