[Plugin] ClaimFreeItems

I have rewritten the stuff to claim free items like "Patron Loyalty Token's" in a more generic way.
This plugin loops over all available items which can be found in the database maintained by Out.
It should work even if we get new additional items or if some of the current ones will be removed.
You can use it with auto-start.

stan its not the plugin that needs updating it would be ab api needs to have it added for it so that would be up to out to add it.
