[Plugin] BuddyManager - A Botbase/Profile/Zone Changer (Now w/ Scheduling)

Hmm... so the timer is messing up on the second task?
It switches, and after a few minutes decides that task is done, but obviously hearth is on CD, so it just switches to the other tasks profile and says "Fuck It" lol

Knew I should have just listed what happened and made it logout to char screen.
 
K, give me some time. I'm gonna have to activate my wow accounts, do some coding and testing :(

Here it did it again but this time when it was in twilight it stopped almost immediately and decided to load uldum?
 
Whenever questing gets implemented, do u suppose questing profiles can be way smaller (/perzone) leading to less loading of quests etc...?

Not really necessary. That'd be lots of work, for mainly myself, as well as the quest profile devs.
The q profiles work as is, even if they take a while to load ;)
 
Mmm I was talking more along the lines of people, like me, who can make profiles. My logic was it would be cool to do a short quest profile, (maybe a zone), and then have the ability to switch bot base and do something else... Basically being able to pick our daily routine... I was just thinking a benefit or side effect of that could be shorter questing profiles being made, or splitting current ones, and possibly if u have two accounts running at once your could switch between quest and party... And with shorter profiles, it should run smoother... I know if does on some of the shorter quest profiles I have... I know when I was making questing profiles with glider, I was able to structure the files accordingly.
 
Sorry guys, Demonbuddy had my attention. I'll get some caffeine and Nicotine into me, then I'll start up my WoW accounts and get some work done on here :)
 
Ok, so I didn't get any work done on this, but I will. I have neglected this a lot more than I should have.
I do feel like playing WoW again, so I might as well keep coding for it :)

I'm gonna hit McDonald's, get some food in me, get some sleep, then wake up and actually get to work.
Of course, I have to go get my DD-214 Member-4 sometime tomorrow, but I'll see when I want to do that as I get closer to closing time for the court house.
 
Thanks for the updates. It's really nice to know what's going on and believe me, I really appreciate all the selfless work you put into this! And thanks for serving.
 
For some strange reason it is ignoring Professionbuddy and continue straight to the next task?
I am wanting it to run the AH script for 10 minutes but not working?
I noticed the bot selects Questing mode and not Professionbuddy?

I had problem with it way back when during my last update... Professionbuddy is a pain because it also sometimes stops/starts the bot, among other things.
Highvoltz did a good job on it though. Put far more work in than I can understand.

Anyways.
I WILL be reactivating my accounts tonight. I've been procrastinating on this long enough. You guys are getting impatient :P
First up will be a good round of testing, about 1hr worth of making sure all zones still work, along with all botbases except for PB.
After, will be fixing any found issues.
Then I'll just be going through this thread, post by post and fixing issues/requests as they were posted.
Once it's golden, and this will be farther down the road, I'll do a rewrite to allow for more user selection in the tasks, to include Questing profiles :)

First off, love this plugin! Use it for all my gathering to get it done with a click. However, I have not figured out how to gather the seafood feast mats with it. I can gather Twilight Guppy and Fathom Eels, as they are pools. I cannot however figure out how to make it stand and fish to gather Lavascale Catfish, as they do not have pools. I use AutoAngler for this. Any ideas to make it work? Have tried a blank profile, but bot settings are on pool fishing for the other two profiles. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit - Downloaded mrfishit, gonna try using that for stationary fishing and switching bot bases to autoangler to get desired results

Yes, How do you say, for example, run the GB2 Bot for 2 hrs, or 200 Nodes, and then hearth to Orgrimmar, and start the PB AHbot Profile of my choosing? Thank you for the help. Great plugin.

I tried this, and it doesnt work.

Have the first task the mining in Uldum. Completes after 200 nodes. The 2nd task is the PB with the selected AH Profile. Here is the problem. Once the 2 nodes are collected, it forcebly quits wow. Doesn't hearth back to orgrimmar, and start the PB Bot base.
 
Great plugin.

Is there a chance to add ability to load questing profile in some of next releases?

I prefer more control over what it's doing, and where my toon is going. :)

Others who don't have accounts they hope to keep may like Multifarm for the "ease" of use/setup.
