[Plugin] BuddyCon

Request: Ability to send slash commands via the chat.

Reason: Currently I'm stuck under one of those annoying mushroom tree things in Zanger, and as I'm at work I can't do a thing about it :( Trying to send '/mount' just posts it into the guild chat.

Thats a maybe (dont know if hb let me do that easily)

Currently making progress with BuddyCon2 (different method for connection and sending/receiving data => faster chats etc also partially rewritten so its more cleaner .. ok thats mostly for me ;) ). Server side is currently not really doing a lot but thats not the problem. The only thing is that it will not wirk with the self hosting solution (basically because you need a server with a shell and i dont want to explain/support that).
Later the Website will also get something similar laterr so everything should be faster.
Also have Android app on my mind (testing it for some hours -> new bug -.-).
Next wednesday i have to be finished with my paper a lot more time after that (yeah!)

We will still be able to use self hosting to store screenshots? I've access to a webhost with basically unlimited everything, so storing my screenshots on there won't be a problem for me.

after a long time ago I?m starting to play wow with bot^^.
So now Buddycenter is down i wanted to use buddycon but when i use prowl with the api
and with the api for the website i didnt get notifications on my phone when i get a wispher or something else

hope you can help me

Sooo you put the api key from buddycon.eu into the api key field in the plugin and the prowl api key (which you got from the prowl site) in the prowl field, if thats not working i have to check. But the last thing i heard was that it was working and i didnt change anything (cant test it myself -> no iPhone )

Die seite an sich schon hab nur nicht drauf geachtet ob die whisper angezeigt wird
Ich werds zuhause nochmal probieren

English.So i have tested it and i have to say that when i use the webpage i also didnt see the chat but in the plugin config i activate guide chat etc.
but when i am on the webpage and press on the name of the char which i am botting there is no chat but ingame i see the chat
the only one i am seeing is start/stop honorbuddy

Hmm vielleicht nen bug in HB. Teste gleich mal. Benutzt du release oder beta?

benutze aktuelle Beta da gehts... hast du was in den Einstellungen ge?ndert in den Plugin Settings?

Ich hab hb vom forum gedownloaded
Wenn du ins forum kommst steht oben download honorbuddy demonbuddy etc. Mit einem bild da hab ihs gedownloaded

Plugins hab ich nur api key eingef?gt und das auf true/ false gesetzt wo ich benachrichtigt werden will

Also Release ... werde ich ma testen.
Was mich wundert das er nicht an den Server sendet (scheinbar), also die Chats ...
F?r die Prowl zum debuggen ?ndere in der Util.cs diese Zeile :

Einfach die // entfernen.
Danach bitte nen Log hochladen und mir per PM schicken (dann musste nicht reinschauen ob irgendwo dein name ist oder so)
 
Almost forgot:
So im almost finished with BuddyCon2 which will be more effetice and more responsive. It is a new Plugin because it will not work with the buddycon self hosted solution.
With testing in mind i think i will release a beta next week (i really loving it). It will get a autu update feature (which i will add to the Buddycon1 later).
Next thing is the android app and then the list of things i would like to add ... or you would like to have to be correct ;)
 
Little Update:
The plugin seems to run like the old one (i will release BuddyCon2 as a beta version).
Only the server side is a little buggy i hope i find the problem today(friday) so beta testing eta this weekend.
And i must say that im sorry that i couldn get it earlier done, but work and studying is killing me for the last 2 weeks (dont know why the profs think that everything should be done before christmas -.-)
 
As promised here the Beta of BuddyCon2.
You need the same api key as before.
Chat is working but atm only standard ASCII characters (so no russian and ?? etc) -> currently working on (test it, its super fast ^^)
Also "Kill WoW" is now implemented ;)

Warning: its beta, i THINK i checked everything but nothing guaranteed
Dont run it at the same time with BuddyCon ... it would send things twice

The newest beta is really stable, the infos on the page update properly, very good! Unfortunately, the notification on my android device became very unreliable..
