[Plugin] Alerter (PM and Masters)

[Plugin] Alerter

This is mostly for people (like me) who runs bot in the background while browsing internets/watching movies.
It will play a sound everytime:
- somebody whispers you.
- somebody sends you a party invite (pending invites will be alerted every 30 sec).
- master is nearby, so you can stop the bot and do the quest manually.

PMs are also logged to the file.

Changelog:
1.0 - initial release.
1.0.1 - removed Zana alert from map room.
1.1 - added party invite alert and GUI settings.

A few days ago I began working on MapPlugin. Now it is successfully running maps, but I am still kinda polishing it. Will release soon.

- Added alert if someone sends you a party invite.
- Added settings

Its is possible. But I don't quite understand what do you mean. Is your bot running in party? And you need to track if party size is changed? Anyway I've added party invite alert, hope it helps.

For when you need a simple trade to exchange some currency or something you could set your party name "WTB x for x chaos" instead of spamming the trade channels.
 
Hello again, i would like to ask if you have time to update that plugin so it will stop and play a sound after certain strongbox appear (like Arcanist's Strongbox, Cartographer's Strongbox, Gemcutter's Strongbox ). It would be awesome to roll these strongboxes.

With the actual state of coroutines, if pushedx managed to "rewrite" the stash handling I guess it's really doable, but needs a huge think-through if you want Advanced Rolling/chancing thing.
Else pushedx can probably lead you in the right way.

since a few updates back, you can have it not stash (and/or withdraw) certain currency to keep on you for rolling ^_^
and I believe mrfuture wants to roll the box manually, not have the plugin do it. they just want the plugin to alert them when a box is found

i'm having a look at making the alterations, so watch this space unless someone beats me to it

Yes exactly, i just want to roll them manually, i would not dare to ask someone to write automated rolling, as i think thats a lot of work.

it's doable, I have a work in progress but the hard part is the massive amount of user preferences to have it work around
my example needs to be changed within the code itself ^_^ so not very user friendly heh

Everything is doable :) What kind of user preferences are you talking about?

I was referring to autorolling boxes. so user preferences would be what boxes to roll, what affixes to reroll on what box type, if the box is ready to be opened etc. it gets complex very quickly

for the plugin you requested it's easy, just a yes or no if it should alert on a specific box

That's what I meant by "think-through" ;) people actually want it to be extremely configurable/customizable. That's the hardest part of that kind of project
 
done ^_^

completely untested as i'm at work, so expect bugs (if it works at all)
plays a sound when the selected strongboxes are found
if they should be opened or not is still decided by your basicgrindbot settings, so for best use set basicgrindbot to ignore the strongboxes you want to roll manually
