I know Chucky, and he stopped mostly due to problems with portal usage and interaction with the Boss portal. Something needed to be done on the API side. Judging by rrrix's Simple Follow plugin, those issues have been solved. Chucky is also concentrating more on the game hack (FPS stuff) and bot creation side of this industry.
Besides which rrrix's plugin seems to do the job really well. A hickup or two perhaps, but nothing too annoying (banner interaction).
I can mention this to him if anyone wants, but I think what we have here (Simple Follow) is good enough and can be improved upon easily... hopefully
I don't think he received any bans, but I know he sold off a load of stuff, along with his Bitcoin miners, lol
