pluggins not working

so I have my pluggins in the right place. They are all check marked in demonbuddy and say they are loaded, but none of them really seem to work. Im not picking up loot except tomes and running over gold, affix evasion isnt happening, those are the two I can easily tell are not working. Any ideas?
