PLS move StatusCenter to the correct new Place

Heya,

i'd like to ask if there is a specific reason that the plugin Status Center wasn't moved to the monitoring plugins section. Would be nice if you'd move it.

oh good, I was getting worried if the project was closed since I could not see it anymore in the plugins section. Would love to see it again! It's an awesome plugin, AWESOME.
