i called my internet company about my internet that was many times down they said in one of my pc or my sister i know its my sister one is a kind of spam that spread in their network and makes their network slow the women of my internet company said i need to fix my sisther pc or they disable my internet ) but i turned of her internet how can i stop this spam thing it isnt an email spam a kind of spam that goes to their net work and makes the internet slow sometimes but now its fine i turned of her pc but i wanna fix this but dont know how sorry for my bad english im dutch

What kind of spam? can you give us an example?

If your ISP is blocking you your, probably throttled for network traffic...

No my internet isnt slow i have 50 mb the spam attack that goes to my network makes it slow the girl said on internet company and i need to fix it or they said they disable it and i have cable of ziggo 50mb

she said its a kind of spam attack that goes to their network and that could get a virus in it? could it i trought she ment an email spam attack but that isnt the issue it is a spam attack that goes to their network and makes it slow kind of an botnet maybe?

Reinstall windows on your sisters PC
Delete the whole HDD before doing it.

you most likley have a trojan on the computer, reinstall it

not my pc my sisthers pc but a trojan doesend go into the network of my provider the provider said they get a spam attack into their network that could a trojan not do via her pc i have a firewall of norton but im thinking of installing commodo on her pc

just install windows 7 or vista and use the default firewall. also download avast for their resident shield...spybot might be a good idea too...

edit: oh, your using norton? That piece of shit is probably what's fucking up your sisters computer. I swear that shit acts more like a virus than an anti-virus...

First off i had to read what you wrote like 6 time's before i understood what your going on about (well i think i do lol)

1. The best thing to do is re-format your hard drive (re-install window's) to completely wipe every trace of crap that your sister's pc is infected with.
2. Un-install Norton it's the worst anti-virus program i have ever come in contact with (Ever buy Kaspersky Internet security or carry on reading)
3. You need a good combination of protection to keep your/her pc clean

Good anti-virus - AVG Here or Avast Here or Avira Here (There all good and free but not sure about Avira being free anymore)
Good Anti-spyware - Spybot search and Destroy Here
Good anti-malware - Malware-bytes Here
Good Firewall - Zonealarm - Here

There all free, so re-install window's and install of them and you wont have any problem's anymore, or you could just install them without re-installing window's and they could fix your problem.

no more virus problems.

for spyware install spybot (or whatever)

edit: avg took their resident shield off the free version
so I recommend staying away from them (paid version is still great, but other free version are just as good)
