everytime i try to login on Honorbuddy using my username and password for the forums it says account identification invalid, authentication failed my invoice number is 51270 thanks i appreciate it if anyone could explain to me what i need to do. how do i merge my shop and forum accounts?

Are you sure you are using capital letters and stuff?

your username should be:HB8305Y24
also make sure that you dont have any symbols or non English letters on your pass
you can reset your pass here

are you sure that you are trying to log using the correct info?
check again your caps

i am using the correct password for hb8305y24 there is no caps etc and the pass is all english characters nothing else. i keep getting the same error no matter what i change the pass to, is there any way to change my username? maybe that would help? i never got the chance to create my own when i bought it it sent me an email with my username in it

thats the same thing but with caps? i have tried that as well and i am getting the same message, also the reset password link provided isnt sending me an email.

as for the email check your spam list
