Please help!

Hi, good afternoon. I am experiencing a lot of problems with my DB since the release of 2.1.2 patch. A few different issues each time i try to log in. Most common and recent issue is after i click "log in", it will freeze and i receive a windows error message saying "Demon buddy has stopped working".
I honestly have no clue what to do. So i would be willing to compensate someone $20 usd via PayPal if they could connect with me on Skype, use ViewScreen, and walk me through this issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and i am a man of my word.

i always delete everything (first open DB copy your key code from there unless you know where it is in email)
then start from ground zero, make sure windows is updated.... DL all new DB, trinity, autoupdater and questtools...

Double... No triple check that you are DLing the LATEST versions of each and it should be plug and play.

Dont forget to set all your trinity, DB setting or you can spend all night doing NORM Rifts like I did.

i just tried to log in after i ran an update DB prompted.
And this would be my most recent log currently.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

i was able to remove the c++ 2010 and c++ 2012, but i dont know how to remove the others. hmmmm

Can you try the link again? it's working for me. If you can't find them, you probably don't have it.

i tired the link again. And it gave me the same problem.

i uninstalled and did a fresh install of DB.
