Hmm...
I don't know.. someone who is more experienced is going to have to look at this then... I'm not sure what the problem is.
IF it is because your WoW is still booting as 64 bit, then the only other thing I can think of is renaming WoW-64.exe to WoW-64.exe.bak
But I honestly don't think that's the reason, because it would say it couldn't connect to it all..

download and install these.

Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

after that if your still having issues then upload a full log as an attachment and we will help you out.
