Please Help! I CANT CLICK "START BUTTON"

i tried everything i followed all the steps installed everything needed, reinstalled client, restarted computer and the start button i still cant click can anyone help me please, i paid for it everything i needed to do and the start button wont lit up for me to click on im so frustrated right now can someone please please help me
