PLEASE HELP - I am trying to log in but it says " Max sessions authentication failed"

Hello,
I bought my HB key roughly 10 mins ago and on my first try logging in i get this.

"Max sessions
Authentication failed!"

this is straight after i input my HB key i recieved in my email.

using the same email u used in checkout page and kill the session in use
