Please fix this backtracking!!!

Its horrible in higher grifts and in general: the backtracking!!
Is it that hard to fix this?? In grifts its so much time waste if the bot backtracking all the time :O:O

Kind of absurd they haven't fixed this and rarely address it. I think it's here to say unfortunately.

I agree. The bot spends a tremendous amount of time bacl tracking and it seems to have a hard time finding portals in the new rift. I had the bot come up to the next level and right before it went in, turned around AND WENT BACK TO THE ENTRANCE....lol. Please do fix this backtracking issue. It is quite horrible, especially on higher GR.

this doesn't appear to be a technical problem though, so much as it is a design flaw with trinity.

Depends on what kind of problem.
Like I said in another thread, this is a problem everyone have including you devs so there is no need for users to send logs to you.....
The reason why everyone is slowly starting to nag about this bug is becouse there have not been a single word from your side about this problem.

A simple and good response from you would be:
We are aware of this problem/bug and it's our nr1 thing to fix but it's a hard one so just give us some time......

Instead you sound like a freaking politician and give everyone the standard thing (Send in your log plz)....

I remember from a while ago before QuestTools was integrated into trinity that we had the option within QuestTools to select how you would explore the map. There was a default option for way points, explore nearest unexplored, minimap explore options etc.. I remember playing charge barb back in the first few seasons and it always pathed through excellent without many issues

Completely agree with this. Would just like some sort of confirmation there is a fix coming, or at least an indication that this is not intended.

You have dozens of people reporting this and if you actually go run the bot just once you will see what they're talking about.
