Playing in EU with US keys ?

I heard before if you use RU keys from US/EU you are more likely to be flagged, coz clients are not the same. Do anyone have experience using keys from different region US<->EU?
im from EU and thinking to buy US keys coz they are just cheaper, but don't know if its risky to do so.

I believe it is officially not allowed to play outside your own region, they don't seem to mind all that much until you start selling however. Not completely sure they ban you for this, but i believe you have an increased risk.
I think you can play outside your region without problems , only problem is using RMAH ..at least i heard that.
I have old mule acc with EU key for RMAH , accounts with US keys would only use GAH.
Its cheaper for me to get US keys, just don't know is it worth the risk.
Did anyone from EU used US keys and whats your experience ?

To me it seems Blizzard is almost encouraging it, though you're limited to RMAH in one region.
