Playing Allianz - does a Horde Farmchar make sense?

Hi,

I'm currently thinking about a fraction change of my Druid to Horde (Tauren) for a much quicker and smoother farming with my Druid due to his racials.
However I'm still playing Alliance on this server, so I would have to trade all the stuff through the neutral auctionshouse to my Alliance char.

Do you think thats worth it? And do you have experience with that? Does it work well, or does it make more sense to stay Alliance with my Druid and give a shit about this 1,5sec per herb?

for me it wouldn't make sense.

there are so many herbs and moving it to the other faction via neutral ah needs a seperate account (for buying or sellung)
+ the time you need and the money you loos due the fee . you wouldhave to farm a loot to notice the 1,5 sec to farm
