Play on US servers from Europe [howto?]

Pretty much what title say,
Can i have a char on US server (able to use RMAH ofc)
Do i need a specifc cd key / Bnet Account?

n addition, players will only have access to the real-money auction house (where applicable) when playing in their "home" game region. That means that, for characters outside of your home region, items cannot be bought or sold in any real-money auction house.

That's what i found googling and it's not encouraging at all

Anyone was able so far to play on US server using RMAH w/o getting banned for that (also i wonder why ppl try to answer a thread w/o even reading )

ye dude, google's full of ppl botting from eu in us servers and selling the golds in us rmah.
Now i get you're bored but if u don't wanna help u don't need to stay here flaming w/o even reading my questions

for example, you can call to blizz and say bla-bla i have a lot of travelling. And they give to you some special status, and you can use RMAH for everything from any IP's. Its like a VIP-list. i have it on my main acc
