So I downloaded SGI from curse, ran SVN-Update in my addons folder... Ran SVN download / Update in my plugins folder for PimpMyGuild.. And This still won't invite the god damn people automatically.. What am I doing wrong?

Read post 1 again, where does it say that you should download SGI from curse ?
Delete everything in the SGI folder, SVN download the addon, svn download the plugin, happy guild recruit farming, it's working perfectly.

Hey I just tried to get this to work but somehow the addon will not show up in my addon options in wow.

svn update to PimpMyGuild(folder) in honorbuddy plugins

Svn Update to Pimpmyguild(folder) in wow-interface-addons

SGI doesnt show up



So i decided to try it this way you just said i downloaded SGI in the addons and replaced its contents with your addon contents

again sgi doesnt show up

please help!

Update: got everything working except its not auto inviteing superguildinvite is just enabled when i press start bot

I just tried it with a empty questing profile while afking and it worked perfectly for me.
So if it's not working for you, you either have a conflicting addon installed or running a botbase with plugins disabled.

Ok,
Your WoW\Interface\AddOns\SuperGuildInvite folder should contain (Make sure it's not doubble SGI folders):

• 2 Folders (3 if you count the .svn)
• 4 Files (SGI_MiniMapButton.tga, SGI_MiniMapButtonPushed.tga, SuperGuildInvite.lua, SuperGuildInvite.toc

You HB\Plugins\PimpMyGuild folder should contain (Make sure it's not doubble PMG folders):

• 0 Folders (1 if you cound the .svn)
• 1 File (PimpMyGuild.cs)

If it's not pushing the invite button then it's because you have SGI from curse and not my modified one from my SVN, reinstall.

Bah, at 5.3 i had to do a fresh install of WoW / HB. I had forgotten not to download the addon sicne it had been so long since I first used it... It slipped my mind..

Just curious. Is it supposed to still keep the /who window still up? Would be brilliant if it ran in background the entire time and didn't show the window at all...

Then you have a other addon that interferes with SGI, don't remember the name atm but it's due to a other addon.

Hmm does this still work? Using the modified Addon from the svn and have the plugin enabled while using Tyrael but its not inviting?

Edit: it is Tyrael, works fine with other bots. Nice work. Lol trying this on a brand new level 1 guild lets see how this goes.

Nvm new problem

Hi there I start the bot and it runs fine but when the SGI gets invites up on the addon it does not automatically invite them, it does start the scan AS soon as I press start on the bot though, thanks for this great plugin please help if you can though! will + rep when fully functional

i dont know why my /who windows is all the time open i also disabled carbonite and i dont know other addons that could conflict with sgi

One question, can the plugin be setup to run with "whisper only" functionality? Currently if I choose that option in SGI, the plugin auto sends the guild-invite without the whisper, as if I had selected "Invite Only".

I love the functionality of the plugin, but I'd like to be able to whisper only and manually send invites based on the reply to my whisper. I realize that an automated "Whisper Only" and Auto Invite based on the answer isn't practical.

The issue I'm having is with this feature

Default message sends guild perks that the recipient would find useful (10% xp if levelling etc)

The default message it is sending doesn't mention any guild perks. It says something along the lines of you would be a great recruit, so accept the invite.
I think if it did mention the perks that are beneficial it would increase the amount of people accepting the invites. I like the idea of it filtering only showing XP bonus to people below lvl 90 ect.
How do I set this up?
