Thing is, the plugin isn't my idea, I just altered it to the way I liked it, also posted the code on what changes I made, but ppl asked me to release the file so I did.
The addon isn't coded by me either (tho I am a addon developer, this one isn't mine). I just added the a few functions to it so the plugin could call those functions to take advantage of the whole addon.

I will download Lazy Rider and check if it's some strange things there that might make my changes hickup.

many thanks for the help trying to get this working with lazyraider :)

I'm getting a LUA error from the modified SGI add on:

Code:

Hmm... that error isn't from my code, that code is from the original coder of SGI.
I see that you have gained the error 6 times, do you know what happend when you go it ?
Did you get a whisper from a realid friend or something ?
Any information if you can recall what happend when you got the error helps.
I will look at all the code to see what could have caused that one, it's not on of my functions that give the error but one of my functions could still be the cause of it.

*Edit ->
Ok, I've looked at the code, are you sure you have the correct SGI installed ? The line numbers doesn't match at all in the error message.
I suggest that you delete your wow\interface\addons\SuperGuildInvite folder, download the new one from page 36 and try again, if you still get errors, please post again.

You might want to update the SGI versions on the front page. Up until now I didn't even know there was a newer version of SGI than the one on the front page (found it by accident after trying to figure out why my version wasn't working).

Works great now though :)

EDIT: Doesn't want to start scanning on its' own, works fine after I hit superscan though.

Yes, you have to start superscan yourself, on my ver I didn't add so it starts by itself, might change that if I make a new update, would like to get in contact with Sidalol first tho.

I followed what I thought were the directions and only used the add-on you supplied here not the latest one on curse. When I was getting the error I believe it was when i would get a response saying the character was declining all guild invites. I can try it again with the current SGI from curse if that's recommended.

Nono, for this to work, you need to use both the SGI and PMG on page 36. (or if you want to use Sidalol's ver that is on page 1 ofcourse. I can only error check my own code tho.) :)

Ahhh, thanks so much that works much better!

Sorry for another post but at 3am I came up with a even better way to do it :)
Now it should be 0% chance of getting stuck in a loop, plugin shouldn't cause any lag what so ever to HB client as it only check with addon, it doesn't contain any pauses in it anymore as it's not needed anymore. There is no changes to the addon this time but I still include both files and edit the post above :)
It should run smooth for everyone now and shouldn't interfere with anything else (I hope).

Extract PimpMyGuild.zip to the hb\Plugins directory
Extract SuperGuildInvite.zip to your wow\Interface\AddOns directory

Enjoy

This 100% works. Thank you

Check page 36 for links

Edit: added page number

Hello,

how can i realizse this with one WoW Account:

The HB with the Plugin invites with Char A. After 2 hours, the bot logs out, takes another Char B, on the same server. Then login in and starts to invite again. After 2 hours he log out,...take Char C.

How can i make this?

Greetings

What I'm currently working on in my ver after a request :
*SVN download - Done, both addon and plugin can be downloaded through SVN tho I'm not making this public until I get the ok from Sidalol (he needs to get more active on this forum).
*Block outgoing whisper and system message - Done, outgoing whisper is blocked, and system messages from SGI can be blocked in settings. (going to make a clicky box to be able to block outgoing whisper or not, atm it blocks you whisper set in addon either you want to block it or not :P)
*Joined date in officer note - Working on.
*Making superscan start automaticly when you start the bot so you don't have to manually start it - Haven't looked at yet.

7am, I really should get some sleep.

This sounds great! I don't have internet at home for a few more days which is why I'm inactive but as soon as I do I'll get in contact with you.

Would be good for a lib data plug in if possible at some stage, to hide the mini map button and place it in the bazooka addon and things such as titan panel, personally I rate bazooka over all. S V N sounds great btw:) so you can mouse over on hover, just make a nicer looking ui over all.

Well if you go in the Lazy Raider settings it has option to disable all plugins. This stops PimpMyGuild running of course. Unless you are talking about something else?

Was using it for some time - I've got 260 people, but just now noticed that if I use it in addition to Professionbuddy/Gatherbuddy2 it "lags" my toon for like 3 seconds after he reach when the bot aimed my character (so it stays midair for a while and then moves) making it OBVIOUS that i'm using a bot...

Yes, I'm sure it's because of PimpMyGuild, because after I turn it off everything is again smooth...

Download the new PMG and SGI from page 36, that won't lag you with Professionbuddy/Gatherbuddy2.
