Make sure you use the modified addon from the first post.
Disable WoW Instant Messenger addon or other similar addons.

Using this right now, as my guild is only level 1 I don't have high hopes though. 
For those having problems, check if all the SGI settings are correct and you're not using whisper/chat addOns.
Make sure you don't have any questing profiles open while using the quest bot as this messed up for me. What you can do is just switch to combat bot and you won't have any problem with recently loaded profiles.

Gunna try this out. Just started a guild and its level 1. Im hoping I can ge tit going but I dont have high hopes most people just insta deny random guild invites. It ran the whole first scan, invited over 100 people but everyone declined lawl

Working nicely, 60 members in 1 day, lvl25 guild, like 90% of people decline the invite though lmao, people dont like this kind of progran but i really like this, i spent175k on the guild but it has so many achievement and 8 tab guild bank, its a good guild to start a nice community, hoping for 1000 members before mop lol

so you're okay with using honorbuddy but not this plugin harmacintyre? ^^
i'm guessing it's just protected (LUA?) code that enables this plugin to automatically press that button. Same as with many other actions the bot does all the time, regardless of installed plugins.

You cannot automatically invite guild members using only the addon code in wow. You must click your mouse or perform a physical action to invite someone (like pressing a key on your keyboard). The plugin simulates (pretends) a mouse click to invite someone so WoW doesn't know any difference.

Think the addon is great. Too bad HB is down right now. Would you consider adding any of the following options to a new release?
1. Allow both the custom message and automatic message to both be sent and let us select what order they go in?
2. Allow a post-joining welcome to the guild option with "/g Welcome!" or whatever we want to customize it to.
3. Lastly allow a second optional whisper or guild message (our choice), to explain stuff about the guild like netherweave bags in bank, etc. (This message may be multiple messages theoretically so have it calculate how long the message is and split the Guild Intro message into multiple messages if needed).
EDIT: 4. A button to click to let us see a list of who we've invited with a non-moving total on the window. Sortable by name? Unless the plugin has a Do Not Spam / Invite List with more info other than the name.
Just my 2 cents.
Edit: Reason I say this is I think it would give a lot more variability in our recruiting methods and keep people from thinking we're total ro... BOTs...
