Pickit tweaking help

So I got my attributes and things set the way I want, just couple quick questions;

First, what code would I use so that the bot never ever picks up a 2 hander? Exception being a legendary and bows/xbows
Second, code to keep legendaries unid? Not very important, just a preference for me.
