Picking Up Items

I am new to BW and have no idea if this is in the right area.

The problem that I can't seem to figure out is this, I can get my Grind Profile to work but when it goes down to take items it doesn't click the "Take All" button. Is this something that I just have to do manually or is there something wrong?

enable the loot option in SWTOR itself, something called auto-loot on right click...
Its under options!
