PF stuck on waiting

update:
Deleted PF, reDL PF , started a new PTC account, left everything at default settings and now it works.
Stop bot for a few hours, logged in with my old account and same thing happens (that account is not ban)
logged back into my new account and PF works fine again? oh well I guess I cant bot with my level 35 account, i'll bot with my new account just to level up

That really makes it sound like an issue with the account itself, I can't begin to properly explain it, seeing as we are clearly missing pieces of the puzzle. Did you speak to support about the possibility or reclaiming lost time due to this, and if so, what did they say?
