Pf shuts down internet

so lately i got this issue that pf starts to work fine, but after a while it shuts down my internet. sometimes pf closes itself in the process and then i suddenly realise its gone. after about 30-40 seconds my internet is up again. i tried testing it for now and 7 times in a row i got a dc while having pf working. my internet works fine without having pf working.

Check your antivirus.

i deactivated my antivirus and its still happening only if i have pf up working. getting dcs from internet for about 30 seconds. most of the time pf closes itself. i think it doesnt close itself, when i have it in the front of all windows, when im watching it.
